I draw inspiration from the marks that Man has made upon the Landscape and the marks that have been made upon cloth, in particular focussing on C18th embroidery.
These ideas are expressed in papers which have been dyed, painted, printed and stitched in an aim to capture the essence of those marks from the past
I believe that it is too difficult to imagine life without a view or a textile between my fingers.
